 You are about to submit information that will be published in the Wellesley College Class of 1959 50th Reunion Record Book, including updated directory information, college and current photos, and an essay that you would like to share with the Class. Before you begin filling out the form, it may be helpful for you to know that it will take an average of fifteen minutes to complete the form, and maybe longer if you have a lot to share. We recommend that you prepare your personal message/essay in a separate word-processed document ahead of time and then copy it into the appropriate field on the form. Please remember to spell-check your essay prior to submission. We also request that you not use all capital letters or all lowercase letters when composing your essay.

Step 1: Log in.
To begin, you must log into the Wellesley Class of 1959 Web site with your user information. Click the button to the right and, at the user authentication page, enter your Wellesley user ID in the login ID field, and enter your password in the Password field.
For security purposes, you must have a Wellesley user ID and password to access this site. If you encounter any problems in registering for an account or logging into this site, please contact the Webmaster. |

Step 2: Edit your Record Book Entry
Click on the button to the right to access the Personal Profile pages. After you complete a page, click the Next button to progress to the next page of the form. PLEASE NOTE: As long as you click the Save button before you close out of the form, the information or changes you have submitted will be included in the Record Book; there is no "Send" or "Submit" button on any portion of the personal profile form. You may log in to update your Record Book profile entry at any time and as many times as you would like until the final deadline, November 15, 2008. |
